A lot of people have been talking about this little squash/pumpkin hybrid. It did exceptionally well in my garden last year. I like to slice and roast it thinly and then sprinkly with za'atar seasoning. I also made a delicious "pumpkin" pie for Thanksgiving last year! Very versatile, very delicious squash.
